Sir,

aged women of around 38years Ms SHANTI DEVI W/O MULCHAND belongs to SINDHAI Kheeri her daughter name GEETA and son’s name amit schedule cast who was found abandoned on the roadside near cant area. We have informed the Station Officer of Police Station but no one wants to do any help.
Humanity has shuddered a lot in the shivering cold but those girls, women and old men/women braving crestfallen temperature wearing barely any clothes – think of the inhumane attire which humanity has worn in today’s time.
Mr.Digvijay Singh and Pallav who were motivated through reading our news in your newspapers contacted us. They had got her to our BALLOONS Home for mentally challenged/CEREBRAL PALSY, Takrohi Indira nagar Lucknow (UP). Run by NIRVAN



We picked her to cantt Area. Our Physician DR sahdev Verma examined her and medicines were given to her to eat. She was also given warm bath and food to eat. She is well behaved and mischievous OLD LAADY and in her sense.

The old lady tells that she is from Singhai Kheeri She has suspicious nature and has wild temperament.

It is also appealed that in case anybody is found loitering on the roadside who is shabbily dressed and behaving awkwardly; then please do not abuse or throw stones at him. He may be Psychiatric patient and his/her condition would deteriorate at your hurling stones or abusive language. It has been repeatedly appealed by us that peoples should not throw stones and hurl abuses at such peoples found abandoned on the roadside. The masses should take a humanitarian view feels Mr. Suresh Singh Dhapola, President, NIRVAN. It complicates the psychiatric condition of such unfortunate peoples. We again appeal to peoples to be tolerant with such peoples.

We feel proud of our younger generation like Digvijay and Pallav who are enriched with human values. It is kudos to their efforts and good work which they are doing for this cause.
